Many of our adult students began dancing later in life, some in their 40s, 50s, and 60s, with no previous dance experience.

Our adult ballet program offers beginner through advanced classes in a supportive, encouraging environment. With an emphasis on proper technique, strength, flexibility, and individual attention, students’ progress at their own pace.

Ballet exercises both the body and the mind. Learning choreography, coordinating movement with music, and mastering new skills challenge memory, concentration, and coordination. These activities promote cognitive engagement while building strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence.

No previous dance experience necessary. All ages and abilities welcome.
